EJB Facilities Services (EJB), as Tsay-Tech’s prime contractor, performs the West Sound Base Operating Support Contract (West Sound BOSC) for the U.S. Navy.  This contract includes the provision of a variety of operational support functions within the Area of Responsibility of the Commander, Navy Region Northwest.

West Sound BOSC. Tsay-Tech Construction performs the construction and construction management work scope of the West Sound BOSC contract.
